The Ask
To create a new Sydney workspace for this Sustainable Investment Fund. At the core of the brief was a space that reflected the business fundamental approach to environmental sustainability.
The Response
Perched high over North Sydney, the new site has postcard views, our planning approach ensured these were kept open with access and visibility across the floor. With a flow from more formal to casual spaces.
A multi prong approach to sustainability, meant every design insertion had to be meaningful, so as to not introduce excessive product or materials, particularly with flooring and ceiling features.
Real, local timbers create a moveable backdrop to the reception controlling the sight lines and giving hints to the view.
The journey through the space has been considered with an immersive artwork and audio installation leading into the client meeting spaces.
