To develop a new speculative suite aligned to the target market within a vacant area of the floor.
The Response
A unique floor are was analysed to design a space that worked with the architecture and layout. A welcoming client and social space was created with a mix of support spaces. The workspace was connected to the natural light taking advantage of the outlook and aspect. A warm natural pallete enhanced with planting created balance within the space.
