To develop a new Sydney workspace with premium client facing spaces and a supporting hybrid work style environment.
The Response
A dynamic space that encourages staff from varying departments back into the office. Key features including a large boardroom for both internal-facing and external-facing meetings, a secure network operations centre, innovation and collaboration spaces, and large gathering spaces were some of the requirements.
The new location at Tower One, Darling Park boasts harbour views and it was important that these views are enjoyed by both the client and workspaces. The end result is a space that meets the needs of its staff celebrating Pega’s colour palette and highlighting its company culture while reflecting the Sydney-centric setting.
