Through collaborative briefing and discovery sessions with the client and leasing team, we identified the need for a versatile collection of marketable speculative suites. Our approach focused on leveraging the building’s architectural features to enhance the façade’s appeal and optimize the functionality of the building.
Four distinct suites were designed to stand out in the market, catering to a wide audience and offering a fresh alternative to the existing inventory.
