Workplace – Speculative Suites and Base building upgrade
The Ask
To create diverse mix of speculative suites including a marketing suite to aid in promoting the redevelopment of the site.
The Response
Spread across 3 levels and 3000 sqm we worked with the project team and leasing agents providing a building breakdown and spatial analysis. This was then developed into 11 speculative suites of various sizes responding to the markets needs.
Suites varied from distinct schemes drawing from the local area and influence of Canberras identity, the Snowy Mountains and the cities architecture. A light bright fresh base pallete was created with personality for each space brought in through the joinery feature pops of colour.
