Located in North Sydney, ADCO’s new workspace unites two teams and business units within a single headquarters, creating a cohesive environment that celebrates the culture of the business while respecting individual team identities.
The reception and breakout zones are interwoven to create a dynamic, client-facing environment that offers curated transparency into the business. A carefully composed spatial journey, from entry to breakout, boardroom, and social terrace enhances the way people move, interact, and collaborate, both within the team and with visiting clients.
A bold, monolithic palette anchors the design in timelessness, elevating the materiality of the finishes as strong, expressive architectural elements.
