The Ask
To uplift and enhance QE’s newest asset 3RP – A campus precinct of multiple buildings in North Ryde.
The client brief was to highlight the direct connection to the adject Lane Cove National Park and introduce a focus on Wellbeing and Sustainability.
The Response
The project touchpoints include 2 x building entry lobbies, lift car refurbishment, on floor bathrooms, a state-of-the-art End of Trip and Gym facility and shared 3rd space conference room.
The timeless palette with tones and timber species directly inspired from the surrounding National Park is cohesive from the Lobbies through to the bathrooms.
Intuitive and touchless use of the space has been seamlessly detailed into the design, including foot grip amenity doors and sensor FF+E.
A huge value-add the building users is the AV and tech enabled conference facility. This space maximises NLA efficiencies for the building tenants and provides a unique on site / offside meeting opportunity.
