The Response
The project was shaped around one core idea, client connection. Designed with this in mind the entry was aligned to capitalise on the space’s premium views, creating a striking first impression that draws people in and sets the standard for what follows.
Beyond the entry, an open workspace unfolds, with the breakout area positioned behind to maintain a sense of openness and flow throughout the floor.
With a high-demand NLA profile, efficiency was essential, everything a tenant could need was built into the space, maximising usable area without compromising on experience or amenity.
