To design two speculative suites on one floor that are both inviting and versatile workspaces aimed at appealing to a broad market
The Response
A cohesive design across both suites with points of difference to stand apart from each other. Working with the leasing team the split was decided to create one larger and one smaller suite.
Both suites balance client spaces and team spaces with a functioning and balanced workspace. A warm and bright palette was developed to maximise the natural light and connection to the exterior.
