To design a distinctive speculative suite that would attract a wide range of potential tenants, making the most of a vacant subdivision space.
The Response
Through in-depth design research and close collaboration with the leasing team, we developed a strategic layout that complemented the building’s features, lobby access, and tenant requirements and connection to the views and natural light.
Inspired by nature, our concept introduced a refreshing, organic feel to the space. We incorporated a mix of herbs and citrus plants, blending them with warm, inviting finishes to create an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.
